We care about your privacy and as such have no desire to candidly learn all about you. That said, for the sake of your privacy, we’re happy to lay our cards on the table and mention exactly what may be tracked and what you can do to avoid it, if you so desire.
-
We collect anonymous statistics about your visit and your behaviour on the site. This includes such data as how you arrived here, which pages you view, and what browser you use—but we will never know who you are.
Our data collection is done using Google Analytics. We use the collected data in our attempt to deliver the best possible service, however we respect if you’d rather not be tracked. For this purpose, Google offers the possibility of opting out of their data collection—or you can install a privacy add-on such as Ghostery or Disconnect. No hard feelings.

We use Google Maps to display locations. As we embed Google’s maps in our code, they may gain access to certain information about you. You can read Google’s privacy policy here, although we agree it’s somewhat convoluted. Sorry about that!

We do not let social media use our site to track you. Though you’re more than welcome to share our content on Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms, we’ve deliberately opted to include plain ol’ links rather than giving their behemoth sharing scripts carte blanche to track you. This means nothing is shared until you actively click one of the sharing buttons.
That’s it. Yes, really! Even though the EU requires us to warn you about our collection of cookies, we’re really not all that evil.
