The Greenhouses, part of Aarhus University’s Science Musea, consist of two prominent structures at the southern edge of the Botanical Gardens. The houses contain four climatic regions, exhibiting a vast number of plants from across the planet. Since their recent renovation and addition of the new tropical dome, the Greenhouses are renowned for their exhibition and presentation, and thus absolutely worth a visit. Oh, and admission is free!
The newly opened café in the Greenhouses may not excel in its selection, but it does sell excellent sandwiches at very affordable prices, as well as an affordable cup of coffee, whether you wish to sit down and drink it or take it away for your walk through the houses.
